Terms and conditions

1. What this website is

Escort Directory World is a directory of third-party websites. It does not arrange or process bookings, does not take payment for services offered on listed sites, and does not employ or represent anyone shown on them. Following a link takes you to a website operated by someone else, under their terms, not ours.

2. Adults only

This site and the sites it links to are intended for adults aged 18 or over — 21 where local law sets that age. By using the directory you confirm you are old enough to view adult material where you are.

3. No verification claim

Entries are reviewed by editors for category, location and description accuracy. That is the whole extent of it. We do not verify the identity, age, licensing, legality or conduct of the businesses or individuals behind listed websites, and nothing on this site should be read as such a claim.

4. Submitting a website

By submitting you confirm you are entitled to represent the website, that everyone depicted or advertised on it is 18 or over, and that it does not host prohibited content as defined in the submission rules. Submission creates no obligation on us to list, and no right to remain listed.

5. Removal

We can edit, suspend or remove any listing, at any time, without notice, and are not obliged to give reasons. Serious breaches — trafficking, coercion, underage content, malware, cloaking — result in permanent removal.

6. Reciprocal listings

A free listing depends on a qualifying reciprocal link staying in place, as set out in the rules. If the link is removed, the listing is flagged, a grace period runs, and the listing is suspended if the link does not return.

7. Paid placements

Featured and sponsored placements buy position, nothing else. Editorial standards are identical across tiers. A paid placement removed for a rules breach is not refunded.

8. Liability

The directory is provided as it is. We are not liable for the content, availability, accuracy, legality or conduct of any linked website, nor for any loss arising from dealings with them.

9. Intellectual property

The layout, code, editorial text and badge graphics on this site belong to Escort Directory World. Website names and logos in listings belong to their owners and appear here for identification.

10. Changes

These terms change from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
